COVID-19: Protecting our staff, customers and community
We are committed to caring for our people, following all guidance where we operate, and continuing to deliver for our customers throughout the coronavirus pandemic. Below you will find updates on each of our office locations and how it could possibly impact you below. If you have any questions, please reach out to us. Logistics & Transportation:
All AOT utilized transportation avenues remain open and operational. We will reach out on an individual basis if anything with your order changes.
Current market conditions:
  • Terminals and ports remain open
  • Railroads remain open
  • Freight forwarders remain open
  • Customs Brokers remain open
  • Truckers remain open
  • Daily deliveries have continued with no disruption to service
AOT Headquarters — Katy, Texas:
Our Katy, Texas office is currently following local guidance to “Stay Home. Work Safe.” Our leadership team is continuously monitoring the situation and will provide our staff and customers with updates when available. If you have questions about your order, invoicing, logistics or any other information, please reach out to your usual contacts.
AOT Thailand:
Thailand issued an emergency decree from March 25 — April 30th. Our Thailand office remains fully operational and working from home.
The decree bans all foreigners from entry at all points — the exception being shippers, diplomats, drivers, pilots and others permitted by Prime Minster Prayut Chan-o-cha.
AOT China:
Our China office is back to normal in-office operations.
